Whether it’s brand new or a pre loved caravan you can be assured it will receive the same attention to detail when it comes to the pre delivery. The service team at ARV carry out a comprehensive 70 point safety and operational check on all caravans before they get the hand over to the new owner. Your brand new caravan will come with full gas bottles, a fully charged battery and water in the tank so you can head straight off and enjoy the wonders of the beautiful Sapphire Coast and beyond.
Once you’ve made the decision to purchase your new caravan the dedicated service team spend as long as needed to show the full operation of your van. This includes the setting up on your tow vehicle and fitting of a Hayman Reece weight distribution kit or other towing aids. Once you’re comfortable with the van and ready to go one of the ARV team will guide you through the use of your electric brake controller to ensure you’re safe and ready to travel. This all makes for a pleasant no stress beginning to your caravanning adventures.
WARRANTY and SERVICE
Because caravans are made by humans, sometimes things can go wrong. That’s why ARV has a dedicated warranty and service manager.
